The student/client will not be allowed to download any video class & consultation recordings.
Any issues or queries raised on the website will be addressed within three working days.
If you have booked an online consultation and fail to provide updates or remain unavailable at your scheduled time within 24 hours, you will need to rebook the consultation and make the payment again.
In case of unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, you must officially notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule your slot.
If you have enrolled in any course from an external channel, no support will be provided.
If any product is required for a course or consultation, actual shipping costs will be applicable.
Access to courses will be limited to one device only.
Support for doubts or clarifications after consultation will be valid for two months. For queries beyond this period, a new appointment must be booked.
All remedies and calculations will be provided to the best of our knowledge, but no guarantee is provided for predictions or solutions.

- We ensure a smooth and timely delivery process for both digital and physical products. Please review our shipping guidelines below: Shipping Methods & Delivery TimeDigital Content & Consultation Materials: After your consultation, a personalized group will be created for delivery. Generally, digital content is delivered within 5 days.Physical Products: Shipping is available only within India, and delivery takes approximately 7 business days.2. Shipping ChargesFor Digital Content & Consultations: No shipping charges apply, as delivery is online via WhatsApp, email, or our e-learning panel.For Physical Products (Remedial Items): Shipping charges are included in the product cost for deliveries within India.3. Order Processing & TrackingOrders are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.Tracking details for physical product shipments will be provided once dispatched.
